We were invited to create a VR tour of the offices of Kemba Realty, and it’s a fantastic example of what we can do for your business. VR tours are a powerful tool for recruiting and onboarding new employees remotely. Where you might previously have had to pay to bring in possible candidates to your location for a job interview, a VR tour allows you to conduct the interview remotely while still giving the candidate an idea of what your office space and environment is really like.
With the tour, you can get a sense of the kinds of resources available to a new employee. From the professional yet comfortable entrance lounge with its stuffed leather chairs, to the clean and organized break room with a fridge, ice machine, and coffee pot in the back. In between, you have a variety of well decorated and professional looking offices and conference rooms.
